Regent Hotels & Resorts has this month debuted its first luxury property in Vietnam. The Regent Phu Quoc—which opened its doors on April 19—is tucked into the southwest coast of Vietnam alongside a UNESCO-designated World Biosphere Reserve on Long Beach.
The all-suites-and-villas luxury resort is located on the idyllic Long Beach with all guest rooms offering the renowned hospitality and state-of-the-art technology that Regent Hotels are known for. The resort has been designed and conceptualized for the “most seasoned travelers” with unique amenities and exceptional offerings to make the stay both sumptuous and relaxing.
“We are delighted to introduce Regent’s renowned hospitality to Vietnam and look forward to welcoming guests to experience the inimitable island jewel that is Phu Quoc,” Juan Losada, General Manager of Regent Phu Quoc, shared in a recent press release. “Regent Phu Quoc will surely be a brand-defining resort in Vietnam and Southeast Asia that will deliver a truly captivating interpretation of the Regent experience, marrying the calming, the imaginative and the extravagant.”
Designed by BLINK Design Group, the Regent Phu Quoc features 176 suites and 126 villas that blend both traditional Vietnamese design and contemporary decor. Guests can expect expansive windows and verandas, an abundance of natural light, and a soothing and airy color palette designed to promote relaxation and serenity.
Regent Phu Quoc will also feature an on-site spa and a total of six world-class bars and restaurants to suit all kinds of cravings and preferences—from locally-inspired Vietnamese Chinese cuisine to a sky pool terrace and even a hidden speakeasy with artisanal spirits and custom cocktails with fresh local herbs.
